The presence of heavy menstrual flow may be a sign of a disorder that leads to excessive blood loss and other health issues. You may experience fatigue, poor energy, or shortness of breath as a result of the severe blood loss. Consult your doctor for an accurate assessment and advice.

2)Your period often takes you by complete surprise: Unexpected menstruation is a common and make difficult menstrual cycle issue. Different things can lead to irregular periods, which may indicate a number of underlying medical conditions. Therefore, if you frequently have the problem, it is advised that you speak with your doctor.

3)Missing periods: While it’s true that you may occasionally randomly miss a period due to factors like stress or weariness, you shouldn’t disregard a prolonged absence. If you skip at least three menstrual cycles in a row, you might want to talk to your doctor.

4)You have debilitating mood issues before your period : Before your period, when your levels of estrogen and progesterone fall, you might experience the premenstrual syndrome-related mood fluctuations (PMS). 5)You experience unbearable migraines before or during your periods : You can add period migraines to the list of typical menstrual difficulties. Consult your doctor for advice if you suffer from excruciating migraines, as this may be a sign of an underlying medical condition.
